Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Important regarding Hygiene: Since our Gel Ice Masks are personal hygiene products, we cannot accept returns for items where the packaging seal has been broken or opened, due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Exception: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will accept the return regardless of the packaging condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As mentioned above, defective items are eligible for return/exchange even if opened.

European Union & UK 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
